Job Description:
Education Counsellor (UG/PG Counselling)

Location: Noida (Onsite)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Education/Admission Counselling
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals for UG & PG programs.
Handle admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Guide candidates on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain lead and admission records in CRM.
Conduct follow-ups and ensure smooth admission closures.
Support and mentor junior counsellors when required.

Requirements:
12th Pass Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
Mandatory experience in UG/PG admissions counselling.
Robust communication, sales, and lead-conversion skills.
Target-driven with valuable CRM and MS Office knowledge.
