Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
Prepare job cards and record customer requirements.
Explain repair estimates, service requirements, and timelines.
Coordinate with Technicians for timely job completion.
Monitor vehicle repair and service progress.
Coordinate with Parts and other departments.
Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend required repairs.
Keep customers updated on job status.
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Prepare invoices and complete service documentation.
Conduct delivery and explain completed work to customers.
Follow Mahindra service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
