About the Role: We are looking for a responsible, energetic and result-oriented Back Office & Sales Manager to manage daily office operations, customer coordination and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, robust follow-up ability and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Back Office: - Manage day-to-day office and back-office operations. - Maintain customer records, documents and reports. - Handle data entry, MIS and daily reporting. - Coordinate with clients and internal team members. - Follow up on pending documents, applications and service requests. - Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Sales Management: - Generate and follow up with prospective customers. - Coordinate with the sales team and support them in achieving targets. - Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients. - Plan and execute sales activities and customer meetings. - Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.



- Build and maintain robust customer relationships. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and computer applications. - Good organizational and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results. - Prior experience in insurance, finance, banking or sales will be an advantage.
