Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Grinds, bevels, and chamfers steel plates, pipes, and structural components prior to welding or fabrication.
Defect Removal: Cleans away weld spatter, slag, rust, burrs, mill scale, and sharp edges from metal surfaces.
Weld Dressing: Smooths and finishes welded joints to meet strict quality and structural standards.
Coating Prep: Ensures surfaces are smooth and clean before painting, coating, or non-destructive testing inspection.
Tool Maintenance: Inspects power tools, changes grinding wheels or discs safely, and maintains clean work areas
Pay: ₹10,007.30 - ₹28,638.11 per month
