Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop concept layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings based on client requirements.
Create 2D and 3D drawings, presentations, and visualization models using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability before project execution.
Assist in material selection, finishes, and preparation of architectural specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings.
Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, revision records, and design files.




Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedules.
Follow company quality standards, safety guidelines, and documentation procedures.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
Positive knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software.
Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
