We’re now building a robust internal team and looking for an experienced recruiter to drive our hiring across roles.

Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

This role is purely focused on hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing the right candidates for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting → screening → interview coordination → final closure
Hire for roles like Sales Executives, Operations Staff, Field Executives, Coordinators, etc.
Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms
Source candidates through smart channels (groups, references,



outreach)
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, maintain tracker
Coordinate interviews with founders and team leads
Follow-up with selected candidates until joining

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years' experience in hiring / recruitment
Excellent communication (Hindi + basic English)
Solid follow-up and execution mindset
Must be organized and proactive — not passive or waiting for instructions
Familiar with job boards, Excel, Google Sheets
Should be Hisar-based or willing to relocate
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
