We are looking for an experienced and energetic Campus Principal to lead our residential NEET & JEE integrated coaching campus.

The Campus Principal will be responsible for student performance monitoring, residential campus management, student well-being, discipline, and coordination with academic and operational teams. The ideal candidate should have strong academic leadership, people management, and execution skills to create a protected, disciplined, and student-focused learning workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Medicine or a relevant discipline.
Strong understanding of NEET/JEE preparation and entrance examination ecosystem.
Proven experience in academic leadership/management.

Preferred: 8–12+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in academic leadership and people management. Experience in a reputed NEET/JEE coaching or residential educational institution will be an advantage.
