We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior telecalling experience and robust communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
Explain products/services clearly and provide relevant information to customers.
Follow up with leads through regular calls and messages.
Identify customer requirements and maintain proper follow-up records.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling is required.
Good communication skills in English are mandatory.
Confident and qualified telephone communication.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to meet calling and follow-up targets.
Candidates with a positive attitude and strong convincing skills are preferred.
