Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, lead conversions, and customer relationships for our counselling, wellness, and training services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to counselling, wellness, and training programme enquiries.
Follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide accurate information.
Convert qualified leads into bookings, registrations, or admissions through effective communication.
Maintain and update customer details, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Prepare daily call reports and coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Telecalling,



Telesales, Customer Relationship, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Fluent in Malayalam and English – mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Experience in lead follow-up and conversion with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and daily reporting.
Confident, energetic, organized, and proactive with a strong follow-up mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
