Duties & Responsibilities
Manage data entry, data validation, and project-related data.
Prepare and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and related documentation.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for regular updates and follow-ups.
Prepare MIS reports, project status reports, and daily/weekly reports.
Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for project updates, pending activities, and closures.
Handle Excel-based data management and analysis.
Track project requirements, approvals, and pending activities.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of project databases and trackers.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
Valuable experience in data management and data analysis.
Experience in BOQ preparation and project documentation.
Good client coordination and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines.
Good reporting and documentation skills.

Candidates should have relevant experience in:

Managing multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
Supporting client coordination, reporting, documentation, and project administration.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience, robust Excel skills, and practical experience in BOQ, MIS reporting, data management, and client coordination.
