Head – Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced O&M; qualified to lead operations and maintenance activities at a steel plant. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe operations, equipment reliability, plant availability and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day plant operations and maintenance activities.
Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure reliable operation and availability of plant equipment.
Coordinate maintenance, shutdown, erection and commissioning activities.
Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational and maintenance procedures.




Lead the O&M; team and coordinate with Production and other departments.

Required Experience & Skills:
8–12 years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance.
Strong experience in Steel Plant and Coke Oven workplace.
Hands-on experience in plant maintenance and equipment reliability.
Valuable understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Strong leadership, coordination and team management skills.
