We are seeking for full time eFront Developers with solid experience in both fund accouting, portfolio review modules to support and enhance fund accounting and investment management operations for one of the big VC firms of the Silicon Valley. The role bridges our finance, operations, and technology teams, ensuring that eFront is optimized for accurate fund accounting, investor reporting, portfolio management and compliance.
Experience: 2 -5 years
Key Responsibilities: Work with fund accountants, operations, and investment teams to gather and analyze business requirements Document current processes and design enhancements to improve efficiency Configure and maintain eFront modules for fund accounting, portfolio management, investor relations, and reporting Support system upgrades, new releases, and functional improvements Troubleshoot and resolve user/system issues, liaising with IT and vendors as needed Ensure integrity of accounting data in eFront, including transactions, valuations, NAVs, and investor allocations Ensure data can be exported out of eFront (e.g: FrontCMD) for enterprise reporting Work with data teams to integrate eFront with other internal systems.



Prepare test plans, write test cases, and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new functionality. Validate system outputs (NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, investor statements).Support smooth implementation of enhancements and migrations. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on system improvements and project progress.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Hands-on experience with eFront (fund accounting, portfolio management)Strong knowledge of fund accounting concepts (NAV, capital calls, distributions, carried interest, fees etc)Familiarity with private equity or alternative investment operations Robust problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to have: Knowledge on SQL Automation with external/downstream systems

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
