About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence, develop effective content strategies, and drive audience engagement and growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Create and coordinate engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, CTR, and conversions.
Analyze Instagram and other platform insights and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
Participate in photoshoots/video shoots and guide content execution when required.




Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Positive understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Strong content planning and creative thinking skills.
Experience with social media tools and scheduling platforms.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Agency experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
