About the Job

Sarvi Creation LLP is looking for an experienced Jewellery Merchandiser to join our team in Jaipur. We manufacture and export fine silver and gold jewellery to TV shopping, retail, and wholesale clients across Europe and also globally.

In this role, you will review stone and metal inventory, understand customer preferences, and translate them into commercially viable jewellery concepts, collections, and modular ranges.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Review stone and metal inventory to identify materials that can be built into commercial collections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Sales, Design, and Production teams to transform available materials and client briefs into viable SKUs.
Product Costing: Accurately cost pieces prior to production by factoring in stones, metal weight (silver/gold), labor, setting, and finishing.
Range Building: Design matching sets and modular ranges so a single base component can generate multiple SKUs.
Collection Presentation: Present collection proposals tailored to target buyers (TV, retail, wholesale) with a clear focus on price points.
Project Tracking: Monitor timelines, manage follow-ups,



and support customer relationship management.

Key Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in jewellery merchandising, buying, or assortment planning (fine or gemstone jewellery preferred).
Gemstone Knowledge: Expertise in real gemstones—including sizes, cuts, calibration, and an understanding of substitutable options.
Costing Skills: Proven ability to thoroughly calculate costs for silver and gold pieces before manufacturing.
Market Acumen: Robust understanding of international tastes and the unique dynamics of TV shopping, retail, and wholesale markets.
Mindset: Practical, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
