Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and updating production and inventory data of the center department accurately in the system/software. Ensure proper record management of center stones, jewellery items, and departmental transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter daily production and inventory data into the system.
Maintain records of center stones, jewellery items, and job work entries.
Update inward, outward, issue, and return entries.
Prepare daily and monthly reports in Excel/software.
Verify data accuracy and correct entry errors.
Coordinate with inventory, production, and QC departments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing records.
Support stock checking and audit activities.

Required Skills:
Basic computer and typing skills.




Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
Valuable accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of jewellery manufacturing process.
Ability to handle records confidentially.

Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience:
0–2 years in data entry or jewellery industry preferred.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in jewellery production or inventory data handling.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Rapid and accurate data entry capability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
