Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – US Healthcare Recruitment to lead our recruitment team supporting US healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for US healthcare roles (Nurses, Allied Health, Clinical/Non-clinical) and managing a team to achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters specializing in US healthcare hiring
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles across the US
Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of positions
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and hiring metrics
Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with US healthcare hiring standards
Optimize sourcing channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing
2+ years of experience in a managerial/lead role
Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.)
Experience working with US clients and staffing models
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in night shifts

Preferred Skills
Experience with ATS tools and VMS platforms
Knowledge of travel nursing or permanent placement hiring
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to scale and build high-performing teams
