We are looking for energetic and target-driven Loan Sales Executives to help customers secure the right financial solutions. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into loan disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property.
Connect with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and field visits (if required).
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Guide customers through documentation and application processes.
Coordinate with banking and NBFC partners for approvals and disbursements.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of loan products and financial services.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,075.81 - ₹32,509.61 per month
