Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Track attendance, leaves, and employee information.
Coordinate with payroll for monthly salary processing.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Assist with HR policies, employee engagement, and performance processes.
Ensure proper and timely completion of HR documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, team activities, and company functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
