Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in paid advertising, D2C growth and AI-powered content creation. You will work closely with our team on campaigns for different D2C brands and get hands-on exposure to real-world marketing campaigns.

What You'll Work On
Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage and optimise Google Ads
Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and other performance metrics
Assist in campaign setup, audience research and performance analysis
Research competitors, products and new ad angles
Create ad copies, hooks and creative concepts
Create AI-generated videos and ad creatives
Edit Reels, short-form videos and performance creatives
Test different creatives, hooks, offers and messaging
Analyse winning/losing creatives and suggest new ideas
Stay updated with latest D2C, Meta Ads, Google Ads and AI marketing trends

Requirements




Completed a Digital Marketing course/certification or currently pursuing one
Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
Knowledge of video editing
Ability to create or willingness to learn AI-generated videos
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut and AI video tools
Creative mindset with an analytical approach
Strong willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
Personal projects, internships or previous campaign experience
Experience creating social media ads/reels
Understanding of D2C/e-commerce businesses

Key:
We are looking for someone who has practical knowledge, not just theoretical knowledge. If you have completed a digital marketing course, worked on your own projects, managed test campaigns or created ads/videos, that's a big plus.

Internship: 3 Months
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Potential: Opportunity for a full time role based on performance
