For your studio, the manager should ideally handle things like:
Managing day-to-day studio operations
Handling artist bookings and schedules
Coordinating recording sessions
Communicating with artists, producers and engineers
Managing studio calendar
Following up with clients
Handling payments/invoices
Maintaining studio discipline and cleanliness
Coordinating equipment/service requirements
Helping with artist relationships
Managing WhatsApp/phone inquiries
Making sure sessions start and finish on time
Basic knowledge of music/recording-studio workflow

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
