Conduct routine and random sampling of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished spice products.
Perform physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations, including color, aroma, texture, moisture, and other quality parameters.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and batch-wise quality reports.
Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP.
Coordinate with the Production and Purchase Departments to provide quality feedback and resolve quality-related issues.
Identify quality deviations and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
