Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement and vendor coordination for multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, stationery, furniture, and other requirements.
Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and place purchase orders.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Manage procurement requirements for different branches.
Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and deliveries to branches.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, and invoices.
Monitor pending orders and resolve delivery or quality issues.
Develop and maintain valuable relationships with vendors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
