Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, maintain relationships, understand customer requirements, and support sales activities in the marble and building-materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements regarding marble, tiles, and related products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and orders.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending orders.
Maintain customer databases and records.




Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of marble, tiles, or building materials preferred.
Sales coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive convincing ability.
Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
Professional and customer-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
