We’re looking for a creative + performance-driven Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist who can build our digital presence and, most importantly, turn social media traffic into leads, customers and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media
Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Create and publish engaging Reels, Posts, Stories and promotional content.
Develop scroll-stopping hooks, captions, CTAs and promotional copy.
Research fashion trends, competitors, viral content and relevant hashtags.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and customer interactions.
Track social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.

Meta Ads
Plan, launch and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
Manage campaigns for Sales, Leads, Traffic, Engagement and Retargeting.
Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies,



headlines and CTAs.
Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and conversions.
Build and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences and Retargeting campaigns.
Monitor Meta Pixel, Events and conversion tracking.
Conduct regular A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and take performance-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Social Media Management & Meta Ads.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, fashion trends and content marketing.
Creative mindset with a solid sales and performance-oriented approach.
Experience in fashion, clothing, apparel or e-commerce will be preferred.
Ability to analyze campaign data and take performance-driven decisions.
