Job Description – Production Supervisor Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Mundur, Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, coordinate with workers, and maintain smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities. - Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet targets. - Manage and guide production workers and technicians. - Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and technical specifications. - Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams. - Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare and maintain production-related reports and records. - Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment. - Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.



- Troubleshoot production-related issues and take corrective action. - Ensure timely completion of production targets. Requirements - B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production, quality control, or a similar manufacturing role. - Hands-on experience with SolidWorks is required. - Positive knowledge of mechanical production processes and quality standards. - Ability to supervise a team and coordinate effectively with different departments. - Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
