Knowledge on inbound operations(Invoice processing/GRN/Receiving/TAT).
Ensure quick fulfilment of orders in the shift while meeting customer expectations and delivery SLAs & ensure metrics are met.
Control shrinkage at store, and ensure complete adherence to SOPs & processes.
Manage store inventory, and conduct daily assessments on inventory health.
Exposure on return(Sales return) process.
Ensure 100% load processing in shift & maintain process TAT.
Reporting & KPI management – Tracking category’s key metrics.
Design and execute initiatives to Improve warehousing KPIs.
Identify gaps & drive improvements through Kaizen ideas.
Awareness of process knowledge and industry working experience(E-commerce).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as a leading member of a agile, dispersed team.
Team Handling skills, Problem-solving skills - working in challenging environments.
Manage off roll employees & ensure timely availability & performance.
Ensure/Monitor that all assets are in working condition, and are accounted for.

Drive the Horizontal replication of Positive practices within the organization/Benchmark organization etc.
Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work instructions and Daily Routines for all positions and train the members and ensure adherence at all levels.
Drive Improvement Projects like Availability improvement, Productivity Enhancement, Cost Savings etc.
Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds team member accountable for their performance and the performance of their functions.
Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
Works closely with support staffs to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
