Production planning and scheduling
Knowledge of PVC/UPVC/WPC manufacturing processes
Machine operation and process monitoring
Raw material handling and consumption control
Quality control and inspection
Production target achievement
Understanding of production reports and documentation
Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting
Waste and rejection reduction
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
Preferred candidate profile
Plan and supervise daily production activities as per production schedules and targets.
Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
Monitor production processes and identify delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth workflow across all production stages.
