Role & responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations, business growth, profitability, and portfolio quality in line with organizational targets.
Drive achievement of branch targets for loan disbursement, collections, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Ensure proper sourcing, verification, documentation, appraisal, and processing of loan applications as per company policies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, audit standards, and regulatory procedures.
Review daily/monthly branch MIS, productivity, disbursement, collection, and operational performance and take appropriate action.
Conduct regular field visits and market analysis to understand customer needs, competition, and business potential.
Handle customer grievances and ensure high standards of customer service and retention.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, training, and coaching to improve employee productivity.
Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and adherence to process and risk-control measures.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with minimum 5+ years experience in NBFC/Insurance/Banking sector
