Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Kindergarten Assistant to support the teacher in creating a secure, positive, and engaging learning environment for young children. The candidate will assist with , learning activities and day-to-day child care management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Kindergarten Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Support children during learning, play, art, storytelling, and other activities.
Help maintain a protected, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Assist children with basic personal needs such as eating, hygiene, and maintaining cleanliness.
Monitor children and ensure their safety during classroom and outdoor activities.
Encourage children to participate in activities and develop positive social behavior.
Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, crafts, and classroom resources.
Assist the teacher in managing classroom routines and maintaining discipline in a positive manner.
Communicate any concerns regarding a child’s behavior, participation, or well-being to the teacher.
Support school events,



celebrations, and other activities when required.
Maintain a friendly and supportive relationship with children, teachers, and parents.
Perform other duties assigned by the Kindergarten Teacher or School Management.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Childcare, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and friendly attitude toward children.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and attentive to children’s needs.
