Roles & Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers using a given database to pitch products or services.
Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer calls professionally, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.
Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, generate quality leads, and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to build relationships and close deals.
Pay: ₹8,667.24 - ₹31,330.08 per month
