Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the recycling sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge recycling solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, including attending conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in business development,



preferably in the packaging and containers industry.
Solid understanding of recycling principles and practices, including environmental impact assessment and sustainable development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
