Key Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day backend operations related to examinations for distance-learning students.

-Handle inbound and outbound calls with students regarding examination-related queries.

-Coordinate exam forms, registrations, schedules, admit cards, results, and other examination processes.

-Verify student details, eligibility, and examination-related documents.

-Follow up with students for pending forms, documents, fees, or other exam requirements.

-Coordinate with universities and internal academic teams for examination-related activities.

-Resolve student queries related to exam dates, centers, admit cards, results, and examination procedures.

-Maintain accurate student and examination records in Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems.

-Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

-Prepare examination-related reports and MIS as required.

-Ensure accuracy of student data and proper documentation.





-Maintain professional communication with students and university representatives.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

-0–1 years of experience in backend operations, calling, examination, academic operations, distance education, or EdTech.

-Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

-Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

-Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

-Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

-Comfortable handling calls as well as backend administrative work.

-Prior experience dealing with universities or examination processes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
