Job Title: EB Operations – Senior Officer

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and service corporate clients for their Employee Benefits (EB) portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), and insurance companies while delivering high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Service corporate clients for their Employee Benefits portfolio
Assist the Account Manager in setting up the policy administration framework with TPA and Insurance companies
Set up and manage online portal structures with TPA or in-house systems
Ensure smooth rollout of policy inception processes at client locations
Monitor and manage monthly endorsements (additions/deletions) with Insurer and TPA
Provide claim support to Client SPOC and employees as required
Share policy utilization and MIS reports with clients periodically
Coordinate with Insurers/TPA to resolve policy-related issues




Build and maintain robust relationships with TPA and Insurance representatives
Set up and monitor help desks at major client locations in consultation with Operations Head/TPA
Manage stakeholder relationships and handle client operational requirements
Support client retention initiatives

Candidate Profile:Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent higher education qualification
Knowledge of local corporate, TPA, and insurance market
Relevant experience in Employee Benefits specialization preferred
Solid proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
