We’re looking for a Café Manager who gets hospitality, people and excellent coffee.

You’ll be the person who keeps the café running seamlessly, the team motivated, the standards high and the customer experience consistently on point.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Run the café’s day-to-day operations and keep everything moving smoothly.
Lead, train and motivate the café team.
Maintain high standards across coffee, food, service, hygiene, and presentation.
Manage inventory, procurement, stock levels, and wastage.
Track daily sales, cash, expenses, and operational performance.
Build a warm, efficient, and genuinely memorable customer experience.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure the café never misses a beat.
Implement SOPs and continuously look for ways to improve the way we operate.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has 2+ years of experience in café, restaurant,



hospitality or a similar role.
Knows how a great café should look, feel and function.
Has solid people and communication skills.
Is organised, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership.
Has an eye for detail and cares about quality.
Can lead a team without micromanaging.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, young workplace.
Is genuinely passionate about coffee, food, people, and hospitality.
