About the Role

AdlerQA Technologies is an AWS Select Tier Partner. We're looking for someone to own our AWS Partner Network (APN) presence end-to-end — from dashboard hygiene and co-sell pipeline management to funding claims and tier progression strategy. This is a sales-and-operations role with enough technical grounding to understand what we're co-selling, not a solutions architect role.

What You'll Own
Manage and maintain AdlerQA's presence on AWS Partner Central / APN Dashboard
Drive the co-sell motion through ACE (AWS Co-Sell) — registering, tracking, and progressing prospects from Referral to Launched
Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and other AWS funding programs — requests, utilization tracking, and claims documentation
Track and drive progress against tier requirements (certifications, customer references, revenue attainment) with a roadmap toward Advanced Tier
Coordinate with AWS account managers, ISV reps,



and internal delivery teams to align on joint go-to-market activity
Prepare documentation and evidence for competency applications and partner audits
Report on partner scorecard health, co-sell pipeline, and funding utilization to leadership

What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with AWS Partner Central / APN Dashboard (not just familiarity — actual day-to-day usage)
Working knowledge of ACE, MDF/PDF programs, and AWS partner tier structures (Select/Advanced/Premier)
Comfortable reading technical material (Well-Architected reviews, competency requirements) without needing to build the solution yourself
Robust stakeholder management — you'll coordinate between AWS reps, internal sales, and delivery teams
Prior experience at an AWS partner organization (SI, ISV, or consulting), or at AWS itself in a Partner Development role, strongly preferred

Nice to Have
Experience with a Select-to-Advanced tier transition
Exposure to QA/Test Automation, Staff Augmentation, or IT services partner ecosystems
