EXP- Minimum 4 YEARS

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of high-quality residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, and detailed project documentation.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and interior designers to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with site teams and monitor design implementation to maintain quality standards.
Develop creative and functional design solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Manage project timelines, design revisions, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.




4 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Excellent creative vision with robust technical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication, presentation, and project coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
