Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, improve online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support the hospital’s overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Manage performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Develop and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for digital marketing requirements.
Manage and improve social media presence across relevant platforms.
Analyze website traffic, campaign data, and audience behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.




Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Identify current digital marketing opportunities and trends relevant to the healthcare sector.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, SEO, and analytics.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry will be an advantage.
