Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of continental dishes including soups, salads, meats, seafood, pasta, and desserts.
Develop and design menus featuring traditional and contemporary continental cuisine.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality control.
Stay updated on continental culinary trends and techniques.
