We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience and be able to prepare a variety of Indian dishes.

Roles and Responsibility
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure productive food preparation and service.
Develop recent recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a chef, preferably in an Indian cuisine setting.
Robust knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
