Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Mechanical Engineer with 6–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction and site QA/QC activities. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of inspection procedures, quality documentation, NDT coordination, and client/consultant coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor QA/QC activities at the mechanical construction site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable codes/standards.
Prepare and maintain FQP/QAP, ITP, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR) and coordinate inspections with the client/consultant.
Coordinate inspection, testing, and approval activities with clients/consultants.
Coordinate NDT activities and ensure proper documentation and traceability of NDT reports.
Maintain quality records, test reports, inspection reports, and other QA/QC documents.
Identify and follow up on quality issues, observations, and non-conformities until closure.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of all QA/QC records.




Support the project team in maintaining required quality standards at site.

Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
6–7 years of experience in Mechanical Construction / Site QA/QC.
NDT qualification/certification is required.
Positive knowledge of QA/QC documentation, FQP/QAP, ITP, inspection procedures, and applicable codes/standards.
Experience in client/consultant coordination and inspection approvals.
Candidates with experience in EPC, refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial projects will be preferred.
