Key Responsibilities:Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.Plan campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, and media allocation.Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.Set up and manage Pixel, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and remarketing.Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.Coordinate with content, design, and client servicing teams.

Requirements:2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Robust analytical and campaign optimization skills.Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.Agency experience will be preferred.
