About the role:
GIAARA Atelier is a contemporary fashion label working with natural fabrics — khadi cotton, silk and linen — to create women's ethnic and resort wear. We're looking for an experienced Master Tailor to lead sampling and production stitching.

Responsibilities:
Develop sample garments from design sketches and patterns
Oversee and guide production-line stitching for women's ethnic/resort wear
Ensure fit, finish and construction quality match design specifications
Coordinate with and train junior tailors during bulk production




Manage production timelines and minimize fabric wastage
Troubleshoot fit/construction issues during sampling stage

Requirements:
Minimum 3- 5 years' experience as a Master Tailor / Sampling Tailor in the garment industry
Solid hands-on skill in cutting, stitching and pattern work for women's wear
Experience working with natural fabrics (cotton, khadi, silk, linen) preferred
Ability to read and interpret design sketches independently
Based in or able to commute within Mumbai

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra
