Education Counselor – Job Description
Counsel prospective students about the company’s stock market courses, training programs, and mentorship services.

Sales Responsibilities
Drive course sales through effective counseling, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement.
Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
Handle sales inquiries, customer objections, and enrollment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and generate sales.
The employee is expected to generate monthly sales revenue equivalent to at least 2X their monthly salary.
Once the 2X sales target is achieved, a 10% incentive will be provided on additional sales, as per the company’s incentive policy.
Salary increments and incentives will be considered based on individual performance, sales achievements, and company policy.




Understand students’ learning requirements, career goals, and interests.
Explain course details, advantages, duration, fees, and available offers clearly.
Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Build robust and qualified relationships with students and prospects.
Address student queries and objections regarding courses and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
