Mechanical role at Tynor is responsible for managing the following key activities:
a. Ensure cost effective purchasing and timely delivery of mechanical goods raw material - MS , Aluminium and Electrical/Electronics parts.
b. Drive improvement in ITR through effective equipment planning & ensuring MRP hygiene
c. Coordination with cross-functional departments (QA, Finance, Production, Product Development, IT & Store) to drive solutions.
d. Developing and sustaining relationship with company approved vendors
Should have all kind of mechanically sheet metal knowledge.
Knowledge of processes of sheering, punching, blanking, plating & powder coating.
Knowledge of press tools & processes.
