Role Description

This is a in office Internship, for Corporate Recruiter role based in Prabhadevi (Mumbai). The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves sourcing candidates through various platforms, coordinating interview processes, and maintaining an organized recruitment database.

Qualifications




Proficient in talent sourcing, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment strategies
Experience in candidate screening, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiations
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
Robust communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a rapid-paced environment
Proficient in using social media platforms and professional networks for recruitment purposes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
