PLANT HEAD PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS

Industry: Aluminium Die Casting | HPDC / GDC

We are looking for an experienced and agile Plant Head Production & Operations to lead end-to-end plant operations for a leading Aluminium Die Casting manufacturing organisation.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall plant operations covering Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC and Process Engineering.
• Manage HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) and GDC (Gravity Die Casting) operations.
• Drive productivity, OEE, capacity utilisation, cost optimisation and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, delivery and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM,



Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimise manpower, machines, processes and production planning.
• Drive current product development, process improvement and technology upgrades.
• Build a high-performance team and strengthen plant systems, SOPs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, EHS and customer audit requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Robust leadership experience in Aluminium Die Casting / Auto Components, with proven expertise in HPDC/GDC plant operations and the ability to drive a large manufacturing team.
