Job Title: Ecommerce Executive – Amazon
Department: Ecommerce / Digital Sales
Location: Office-based / Hybrid
Reporting To: Ecommerce Manager / Head of Digital Sales

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end Amazon marketplace operations, ensuring accurate listings, timely order fulfillment, account health compliance, and consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage Amazon product listings (single & variation listings)
Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, category guidelines, and documentation
Monitor FBA/FBM inventory and coordinate timely replenishment
Process and track orders, shipments, returns, refunds, and customer issues
Handle Amazon Seller Central tickets and account-related escalations
Coordinate Amazon promotions, deals, and PPC campaigns




Track performance metrics including sales, ACOS, ROAS, and account health
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Amazon performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience handling Amazon Seller Central
Solid understanding of Amazon listing structure and policies
Basic knowledge of Amazon PPC
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Valuable communication and coordination skills
