Role & responsibilities
Production Planning: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements; prepare part-wise and machine-wise production plans; plan production considering press capacity, SPM, die availability, manpower, and shift patterns; monitor plan vs. actual production; develop recovery plans for delays or breakdowns.
Additional Functional Areas: Material Planning, Die & Tool Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Control, Inventory & WIP Control, KPI Monitoring.
Coordination With: Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and Customer Improvement Activities.
Preferred candidate profile-
He must be Diploma/Degree in Mechanical and minimum 5 year experience in Press Shop with sheet Metal .
