Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
Shift Timings: Should be adaptable to work in US Rotational Shifts.
Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
Must-Have robust Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
Requirements:
Age: 18 years to 35 years
Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
