Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, attendance, performance, and employee engagement.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and data-driven insights.
Track HR KPIs and identify trends to support business decisions.
Work with HR teams to improve data accuracy and reporting processes.
Use Excel and/or Power BI to create reports and visualizations.
Requirements:
Robust Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of HR processes and metrics.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
